Ken and some of the people he works with discussed having a turkey fry over dinner one evening. Not bringing our puney 32 Qt, propane burner and feeling very sorry for us, they BUILT one!!! Needless to say, Ken's drawing did not have a scale on it, so... a 190L stainless steel tig welded fry pot was born. To heat 'er up, a stand for the pot complete with the the nozzel of a pre-feed catalyst burner (typically used in "some industry") was attached in the middle (when turned up just a little: sounds like an F-16 ready for take off.) And thus the "Things aren't so big in Texas- Fry daddy" was born. We are thinking of opening the: Littlest European Country (next to Andora) Biggest Danged Frier restuarant soon.
Ken sits with the flame idle. Couldn't capture it turned up... The oil was at 450F, too hot. Had to turn off the burner to cook. Looking good

Turkey outta da' fryer and into da tummies ditto YUM!
